It is fit to live outside. It is surrounded by 7 acres of fenced, shaded park, and well maintained by the owner. The front of the house has a large furnished porch, a beautiful outside oven, and a large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the surrounding valley.

Interiors
Ground floor: Entrance from the furnished portico into a living/dining room with a large fireplace, sofa bed, satellite TV and large windows to the garden, kitchenette with fireplace, single sofa bed and direct access to the portico. Two bedrooms with double bed, one bedroom with twin beds, one sinble bedroom, one bathroom and one shower room.
On a clear day it is possible to see the Cupola of Saint Peter in Rome. The house is simply, but comfortably furnished, and is well equipped. The owners will try to satisfy all requests of the guests .
