Villa Alisia is an old farm-house dating from 1600 and totally restored in 1987. It has two floors and is surrounded by a large garden. It’s a completely independent structure with private parking lot. The house is furnished with antique furniture, pictures, carpets, curtains and typical Tuscan objects. There are terracotta floors and exposed wooden beams on the ceilings. The farm house in equipped with all modern comforts: iron, satellite TV, independent heating and telephone. Outside, in the large garden there are sunbathing beds, deckchairs, outdoor dining furniture and umbrellas. The swimming pool (m. 6 x m 12) is at the guests’ disposal, but it has to be shared with the owner. A large terrace offers a view over San Gimignano, across the vineyards and the olive groves of the Chianti. Vico d’Elsa is a small village in Chianti, situated on a hill facing San Gimignano. San Michele is just outside the village in a panoramic area among vineyards and olive trees.
