CESA LEONICA Secluded villa - Villas Amelia Umbria Italy

Cesa Leonica is a secluded villa surrounded by tall trees in the south of Umbria, only 90 km from Rome and 6 Km from the town of Amelia. On its 10 hectars there are olive trees and vineyards whose produce guests may buy to take home. The villa has been tastefully refurbished with modern conveniences. There is a garage on one side of the house and on the other, the owner, Daniela, lives in an indipendent annex.
Daniela looks after the beautiful garden where is set a private swimming pool. She will also help guests with language and any other information. A few Km away there is a paddok for horse riding or you can go walking and mountain biking around the beautiful surrounding hills and discover typical restaurants in and around Amelia to spend a relaxing evening.
