Conveniently situated 5 Km from the city centre of Arezzo and nestled in a magnificent woodland this ancient country villa is peacefully set in the midst of a big estate surrounded by olive groves, vineyards and woods. Dating back to the 1600 it’s been recently restored still retaining its old beauty.

The main house – the most ancient one – has given place to a lovely restaurant on the ground floor – while the second floor is now the residence for the owners, who live there all year round. A second building has been split into 5 beautiful apartments, all provided with LCD TV, air conditioning and a private furnished area for al fresco dining.

At guests’ disposal are also a beautiful swimming pool located among the olive trees, a private parking area, private trekking trails, barbecue and a music room. Guided tours and wine cellar visits are also available according to the season. You can visit the cellar where the owners make their own wine and take part to wine tasting as well as olive oil tasting (also produced in the farm)

The warm atmosphere, the beauty of nature and the silence, give to this property a very particular charm.
