This beautiful property, nestled in the deep countryside, is only 1 km from the village of Colpetrazzo (supermarket, bar, newspapers), 5 Km from Massamartana (with shops, restaurants and any kind of services) and 12 Km from the most famous Todi. The property comprises the main house, reserved to the owners (a young roman couple), and the guest house (135 sq.ms), a lovely stone house in the grounds completely restored in keeping with the original architecture and tastefully furnished by the owners with antiques and country furniture. Both the main villa and the guest house are surrounded by 10.000 ms of garden with olive trees and fruit trees, where is set a panoramic 6x12 ms swimming pool. A real paradise to spend a period of relaxation but also a perfect starting point to visit the whole Umbria region as well as the most famous Rome (1 hour drive) and Florence (2 hours drive).
Clients can decide to rent the entire property (main villa + dependance) for a total of 10+2 people or the dependance only (for up to 7 people). In this case the main villa will be closed or used by the owners.

Ground floor: Living/dining room with open fireplace, sitting room with Satellite TV, Fully equipped kitchen/breackfast room with table for 6 and access to a lovely little patio furnished with a marble table and 4 chairs. Single bedroom/study room with bathroom ensuite.
Bathroom with washing machine and drying machine.
Outside is a beautiful porch furnished with sun lounges and a pergola furnished with table and chairs.
First floor: Sitting room with Satellite TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with bathtub
Guest House (sleeps 5+2)
The dependance consists of a lovely stone house ( 130 sq.ms) with large living room with sofas, one of which is a double sofa bed, cooking area, 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 2 bathrooms with shower. SAT TV, Telephone,
Guests can take advantage of the 26 bottles of different wines kept in a little fridge/cellar. (payment according to the price of each bottle)
When the dependance is rented, the main villa will be closed or occupied by the owners.
