Casali Urbani is a splendid property marvellously set in one of the verdant hills around Narni. Wonderfully restored, it offers an exellent, and confortable accomodation. The property is divided into 5 apartments, furnished with country furniture to the hightest standard, paying particular attention to details. Each of them is provided with TV set.
There is also the possibility to rent Casali Urbani like a privat villa, able to accommodate up 21 persons.
At exclusive use of the guests is a spacious gazebo furnished with table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining, a stone barbecue and a panoramic 7x 14 swimming pool (open from may to september).
This is the ideal place to spend a peaceful and relaxing holiday , however, its convenient position allows to reach in less then 10 minutes, the medieval towns of Amelia or Narni where it is possible to taste the typical Umbrian food and find any kind of service ( restaurants, bank, supermarkets, bar).Since it is only one hour drive from Rome, this would be the preferred airport for those arriving by air.

Apt 4 - Sleeps 4 - First floor - Entrance from a Loggia (in common with apt 3 and 5) _ Living room with fire palce and cooking corner (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer), 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom with 2 beds,1 bathroom with shower.
Apt 5 - Sleeps 5 - First floor - Entrance from a Loggia (in common with apt 3 and 4) _ Living room with fire palce and kitchenette (dishwasher, oven, fridge/freezer), 2 double bedrooms, a mezzanine with an extra bed ,bathroom.
Upon payment, at guests' disposal is a large common room (60 sq.ms) with fully equipped kitchen, fireplace, TV set and bathroom, - The entrance to this lounge is from a really beautiful pergola furnished with tables and chairs for al fresco meals.
The whole property can be rented as a villa to a group of 21 people. in this case the big living room with kitchen will be at exclusive use og the group.
Pets are admitted only in certain periods of the year (when the property is not fully booked) - upon request.
