Located on a hill side, in the heart of luxuriant Umbria just 15 minutes far from the lovely town Amelia, this country farm offers excellent and confortable holiday accomodation. It comprises 2 hamlets, both situated in quiet and panoramic position, for a total of 20 sleeps. The property , surrounded by olive trees, is the ideal place either for visitors who wish to spend a relaxing holiday,and for tourists who want to visit the numerous interesting cities of art that are easily reachable from the estate (such as Viterbo, Orvieto , Todi, Amelia , Giove, Alviano). The first hamlet is situated in panoramic position and it is surrounded by fruit and olive trees ; it is composed by two sunny apartments at first floor .The other, with swimming pool and completely renovated, is composed by three indipendent apartments , two on ground floor and one on first floor. All the five apartments are furnished with care and with terracotta floors and wooden ceilings; equipped with all the modern conforts such as Sat TV , internet, telephone. Possibility for guests of excursions with horses and mountain bikes.
