Surrounded by cornfields and sunflowers, this lovely country house stands isolated on a hilltop with a magnificent view over the surrounding hills and medieval towns of Todi and Collevalenza. It is located nearby the most interesting historical and cultural centers like Todi, Orvieto, Spoleto and Assisi, and other characteristic villages like Colvalenza, Carsulae (with its archeological sites), Sangemini SPA, and the fossil forest of Dunarobba, where all year round it's still possible to enjoy popular traditional festivals, gastronomic exhibitions (sagre), cultural events and historical parades in costume.
The country house is split into five finely restored apartments, furnished with taste and originality and fully equipped. Each apartment has independent entrance, fireplace, independent heating system, satellite TV, safe-deposit box and a private porch.
Guests can enjoy an outdoor swimming-pool overlooking the surrounding beautiful valley, a barbecue for open-air grills, a wood-oven, playground for children and mountain bikes.  Nearby there are also tennis courts and horse riding facilities.
