The residential compound of medieval origin stands in the village of Pieve a Presciano. There are flat of different sizes on various floors of the ancient building, which is in the garden of the Ghezzi's farm. The entrance to the compound is through a characteristic and peaceful courtyard leading to one wide living room where guests can play the piano as well as Billiards. The residential compound has also a private garden and two swimming pools

In the Fattoria there are two additional apartments for 8+2 people each one. 500 mt away there is another country house with two apartments for 6+1 each. Five very particular lofts have been obtained from the restoration of an old spinning-mill, which is also 500 mt. far from the Fattoria. Their guests can use the swimming pool and the tennis court situated in the farm.
