Villa Gaia is located halfway between Siena and Florence in the middle of Chianti and the vineyards and olive groves which are the trademark for Tuscany. This villa has been restored preserve the characteristic elements which give it its charm and beauty. Set in the middle of an olive grove and surrounded by age old oaks and cypress trees, you are totally immersed in lovely greens and the sound of silence. The house is surrounded by a shaded garden with swimming pool (10x5) (1/6-30/9) overlooking the gorgeous valley of Val d'Arno below. There are 4 double bedrooms and 3 full size bathrooms, for a max of 10 PAX. Yet even will all these people, there are several areas where one relax under the shade of the thick forests which surround the house, or catch some of that famous Tuscan sun and still find space to be alone. The huge living room area has French doors which open out to the garden area and an outdoor picnic. There is a open fireplace, perfect for curling up after a long day of sight seeing and relax with a glass of the famous Chianti wine.
Ground floor: living room (TV) with fireplace, dining room, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath (no window, extractor fan).A room on this floor cannot be used by the guests.
First floor: (access also from an external staircase with an equipped loggia), fully equipped kitchen/dining room (oven) with fireplace, 1 double bedroom with bathroom with bath, 2 twin bedded rooms of which one with bathroom with hip bath (no window, extractor fan), 1 bathroom with shower.
