Il Convento is situated at the foothills of Pesaro's Apennines, surrounded by the massif of Catria, of Dantesque memory, by Petrano mount, with its vast and grassy plateau, and by Nerone severe mount, which is a faunal preserve area. Among the most interesting towns nearby: Urbino (Km 23), Gubbio (Km 30), Assisi (Km 60), Fano (Km 40), but do not miss the fascinating minor villages, which are also rich in history, culture and important masterpieces. The village still looks like an ancient country site. Small flats, each equipped with kitchen or cooking facilities, have been created in keeping with the original farm architecture proper of the Marche region. In the old barns there is now a restaurant, open twice a week during the high season, whereas during the low season it opens occasionally according to festivities, as well as a wide room for common activities.
