This beautiful stone house lies on a panoramic hill, only 10 km from the enchanting city of Todi dreamy places with many artistic churches, palaces and good restaurants, where to enjoy the typical dishes and wines of the region. The property is surrouded by fields and forest adn anjoy a splendid view over the rural surroundings. The house is distributed on 4 levels with many equipped outdoor areas like the big roofed terrace and the 5 x 14 m swimming pool. Lovingly refurbished and furnished by the owner, with wooden beam-decks and terracotta floors, Il Palombaio is an oasis of silence and relaxation, especially for big families.
