Villa Giovanna is a lovely country villa only 5 km  from the old village San Miniato . The position of the villa, allows to enjoy the lovely country side and also be in proximity of many historical sights of the area: Florence, Pisa, Versilia beaches, Lucca, Siena San Gimignano are all comfortably reached by car.

This elegant Tuscan Villa  with private garden and swimming pool is part of the properties of the San Miniato Buonaparte family, and it’s shown on the map of “San Giovanni in Valdevola” which was made in 1585 by the Capitani di Parte. In 1693 the house was enriched by an oratory “noviter exotructus”. In 1714 a small church was built next to the villa. The anciencest part of the building dates back to 1473, the more recent one to 1845.

From the house you can admire a beatiful panorama on the valley d’ egola.

On the first floor, which you reach through a pietraserena staircase: three double bedrooms, a single bedroom and two bathrooms ( one with bathtub, one with shower.
