It is situated on hills among meadows and fields at about 5 Km. form Peccioli, a small centuries old town that abounds in shops and restaurants. In a deglightfully peaceful and queit area, it's an ideal starting-point to visit the heart of "Tuscany". Other medieval villages stand on the nearby hills. Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence and the Chianti region are also easily reachable. The farm house i located on an extensive farm with swimming pool and overlooks the hills of Volterra and an 8 hectares lake where fishing can be enjoyed. The confortable apartments are furnished with antiques and each one has indipendent heating, a bath with shower and a large equipped kitchen. They have been renovated, respecting the traditional style of local architecture. On the first floor the ceilings have wooden beams and the apartments on the ground -floor maintain the ancient vault ceilings. At guests' disposal is also a big common room ideal for family's dinner and on the first floor a sitting room with fire place and reading-corner. Outside, there are tables made from stone oil-press, a playground for children, swimming-pool, tennis table, bicycles for rent. oil and wine tasting are also possible.
