This old enchanting farmhouse dating back to 1800 and completely restored is set on the gently rolling hills of the province of Pisa near Volterra , surrounded by rich and unspoiled nature, rich in history and memories of the past and is found inside the Parco dell'Alta Valdera. The farmhouse is surrounded by a green area (7000 sq. m). It has covered private parking, italian bowls, table tennis, children playground and a very large swimming pool ( 20 x 8 mts.), set amongst olive, oleander and fruit trees . Each apartment has its own shaded gazebo with tables and chairs . The location is ideal for visiting the most important cultural and artistic centres of Tuscany such as Florence (75 Km), Siena (70), Pisa (50), Lucca (50), San Gimignano(40) , Volterra (20). The casciana SPA is 15 Km  far and the seaside is only 45 minutes drive away.

The property comprises two units, the main farm-house with 6 apartments : 4 one double bedroom apartments (50 sq.mts) and 2 two double bedroom apartments (75 sq.mts) and the hay barn with 2 apartments each with 3 bedrooms (80 sq.mts), restored and decorated in the original peasant style. These two apartments are suitable for large families and group of friends who wish to be together and desire more privacy.
