Podere Ceoli is a characteristic country house obtained by the wise repair of a farmer's house, comprising of 3 apartments, the 2 on on the ground floor reserved to the guests while in the apartment on the first floor live the owners. The farm is located on a hillside with ample view over the above intact country and valleys. 3 km away is the picturesque medieval town of Lugnano (with shops and restaurants), 6 Km far is the lake of Alviano with its natural oasis equipped for the bird watching.
In teh farm are reared goats, hens, rabbits, horses, etc.
Its geographical position allows easy visits both of Umbria and Lazio (Rome 85 Km away, Orvieto 36 Km, Todi 60 Km, Assisi 100 Km). In the ray of of 50 Km are the lakes of Bolsena, Bracciano, Piediluco and, a little farther, the seaside of Tarquinia (ancient etruscan site).
The property is surrounded by 8 hectars of land with a olive trees, woods of oaks and a small pond with fishes.
Lime trees, cypresses, fruit trees, lawns and gardens are all around the house where an evocative swimming pool of mt 7x15 is placed.
Access in the house is through 700 mt of gravel road.
Apt 1- 4+2: Entrance on the ground floor into a large living/dining room with fire place and double sofa bed, kitchenette with fridge/freezer, oven, etc., 1 double bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 little room wher can be put a baby bed if necessary, bathroom with tub and shower. Outside is a beautiful private pergola equipped with table and chairs.
Apt 2 - 4+1: Entrance on ther ground floor from a private porch equipped with table and chairs. Living/dining room with single sofa bed, kitchen with oven, fridge/freezer, etc., 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with bunkbed, 1 bathroom with tub and shower.
