The estate comprises the main villa and the barn, an indipendent house located 10 yards far from the main house

The Ground floor has a large, characteristic loggia ideal for al fresco dining. It leads into the dining room, kitchen, a bathroom and a master bedroom which also has an extra single bed. The Kitchen is equipped with a four-burner stove, oven, lava stone grill, dishwasher, meat slicer, refrigerator and two sinks.
The custodian lives in a separate apartment that is accessible from the outside only. It may be vacated upon request.
Upper floor. An exterior stone staircase leads to a large covered terrace.
Through this entrance is a living room with a large fireplace, small kitchen, TV area, and six lovely bedrooms which include: 3 master bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom; a double room with private bathroom; a quadruple room and a triple room; a bathroom with shower and a bathroom with tub.

THE BARN.

Ground floor (2 rooms + bathroom): a light-filled living room with dining area, kitchenette with oven, small refrigerator and sofa bed; bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom with shower. The living room opens onto a private garden.
