Formerly the homes of estate workers, the two buildings have been beautifully refurbished under the guidance of the owner who is an architect. He took great care to retain the traditional umbrian feeling, restoring the original stone walls, beamed ceilings and wooden doors in keeping with the rural tradition setting. The two houses are decorated with great flair with pretty fabrics, elegant light fittings and pieces of antiques which mix with the modern bathrooms with Jacuzzi bathtubs and the well equipped kitchens for a very high standard accomodation. Villa Le Treie is a perfect spot to visit Umbra and Lazio being 5 km from the medieval town of Narni (any kind of shops and restaurnts), midway between Rome and Perugia.

Less then 4 Km away are a riding centre, tennis court, and a very good restaurant.
