This very high standard property is set amidst 350 hectars of olive groves, vineyards and woods, easily reachable by car bein only 8 km away from th Orte exit on the A1 motorway between Rome and FLorence. Here have been perfectly restored 3 holiday  houses, each one comprising several apartments and private pool. THe main property, with different size apartments, restaurant and swimming pool is the closest to the highway - here there is the advantage of having all the services in the premises but sometimes the nose of the highway can be heard from the gardens.
THe second building (QUERCE) is a lovely country house around 500 m far from the main property. It consists of 3 beautiful apartments and private pool. THe thrid country house (BOSCO) is the most secluded one. It is 3 km from the main property, set in a green vegetation among oaks and olive trees. It comprises 5 apartments and a private pool.

QUERCE- the house is split into 3 two bedrooms apartments ( sleeping 4+2) - 2 on the ground floor, each one with private porch with barbecue and wood oven, and one on the first floor with private covered terrace. Each apartment has large living/dining room with fireplace, Sat Tv, double sofa bed and fully equipped cooking area (fridge/freezer,oven dishwasher) 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. All the apartments are provided with air conditioning. Swimming pool in the mature garden.
BOSCO - the property consists of 5 apartments and 1 private little villa.
one 2-bedrooms apartment (sleeping 4+2) on the ground floor, with large living room, separate kitchen (fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher) 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bathtub, private large porch.
four 1 bedroom apartments ( sleeping 2+2) both on the ground and first floor, each one with private porch or covered terrace. All the apartments share a lovely pool in the garden.
The private villa (sleeping 2+2) is set in the garden, 100 m from the country houses, and consists of a living/dining room with cooking area, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.
