This complex is situated near the small city of Cagli, in the heart of the Montefeltro region, just a few kilometres from Urbino and Gubbio, 40 kilometres from the seaside resorts of Pesaro and Fano, and 1 drive from from Rimini. The complex is built on a green hill in the midst of a breathtaking landscape with a view of the wide Candigliano River Valley and surrended by the Montefeltro mountains: the Alpe della Luna, Sasso Simone, Carpegna and the massive peakof Mt. Nerone. San Battista is surrounded by cultivated fields of wheat and sunflowers,groves of oaks and wainut trees, cherry and plum trees, and by 16 hectaresof woods in which rare truffle oaks grow and where white and black truffles can be found. The complex has an equipped outdoor area where guests can relax inabsolute tranquillity; It is difficult to describe the view from the swimmingpool, that overlooks the splendid vally below. The complex is dated to the XVI century, and comprises of 5 aparments of differents size
