The holiday farm Tenuta dei Tulipani is located on the high valley of the river Tiber, at the borders of Tuscany and Umbria, close to Città di Castello, Arezzo, Assisi and Gubbio.Situated on top of a hill, the property has a splendid view of the valley below and of two small lakes of rare beauty. Here the tourist can taste the long gone agrarian hospitality of the region. Guests are welcome in 5 delicious apartments, in a fully restructured stone house. All th eaprtment have satellite TV and a splendid view of the surroundings. In the mature gardens in front of the house is located a 6x12 swimming pool with counter current - hidro massage facilities, changing room, shower and facilities. The oroginality of the farm is that it includes a small air craft landing facility (800x25 ms) which is actually operative, giving thus the opportunity for customers to land on the farm in their own light aircraft. Breackfast and meals can be served upon request.

Large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms (each contains two single beds that can be transformed into a double). Extra beds can be added for children.

The Roses 70 s.q. first floor.- sleeps 4+2 -
Entrance is into a corridor leading to 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. On the second floor there is a large lounge (formerly the farmhouse granary) with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen area, livig room with sosa-bed. Extra beds can be added for children.

The Grapes first floor of the Farmhouse. - sleeps 2+1 -
The apartment consists in a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen corner, sofa bed and fireplace. Extra beds can be added for children.

The Ivy , 18 s.q. -sleeps 2 -
It is a romantic studio located in a separate stone farm building a few meters from the main Farmhouse. The single room located on the first floor is tastefully furnished with a double bed, TV and small frigo-bar. On the ground floor, there’s a shady porch overlooking the hill-side lake and pool.
