Villa Poppi is a typical Tuscan villa surrounded by a park, about 30,000 square meters of meadows and ancient trees, with a great view over the Arno Valley. Large doors open directly into the garden. A private terrace with great views offers the possibility for an outdoor dinner. The Villa is skillfully restructured in every detail. It is furnished with antique Tuscan pieces and has a very private atmosphere. A golf course at Poppi, tennis court, a lake and horse riding facilities are only 2 miles away.The villa is perfectly located in order to discover the hidden parts of Tuscany and the famous cities of art and culture. The villa is divided into 2 large apartments (one with 4 bedrooms and a second one with 2 bedrooms) + a lovely studio apartment with kitchen and bath. The 2 apartments can communicate through a staircase. So the entire villa can be rented for a maximum of 20 people (7 bedrooms-6 bathrooms + 3 double sofa bed). There is also a large pool and a barbecue at guests' disposal. In a distance of 300 ms there is a supermarket.
Ground Floor: Entrance from the covered patio equipped for outside dining. The large kitchen/breackfast room has a French door which leads to the surrounding garden area. The dining room table is large enough for eight person and opens directly into the living room where are two double sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with direct access through the living room, another double bedroom and three bathrooms. There is also a room with a beautiful sauna.
First Floor: access from the huge patio which leads into the large second kitchen/breackfast room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and plenty of cooking space - a great area for personalised cooking classes! From the kitchen one enters into a huge dining room, great for large groups! Here you will find the main entrance which opens up to a covered patio area. The large lounge has a fireplace. On this floor there are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with shower and one also has a tub. On the second floor there are other 2 bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. 2 of these rooms are with twin beds that can be made into double rooms.
