Verde Milonga is a lovely villa built in stone and situated in the country side, only 3 Km far from the medieval village of Amelia, . It is in a very peacefull an quiet location, surrounded by golden fields and green oak woods.Shops and restaurants are in Amelia, as well as sport centres, horse rideng centres, etc. Rome, Perugia and Assisi are only 80 km away and easily reachable as both highway and motorway are less then 10 km far. Sploleto is 50 km away, Todi 40 km. In the garden in front of the house is set a 7x14 panoramic swimming pool with roman stairway and solarium. The furnished outdoor areas are equipped for “ al fresco “ dining. The villa is divided into 2 apartments connected by an internal staircase. On mid and low season also 1 of the 2 apartments can be rented.

Milonga B: Independent entrance into a fully equipped kitchen, living / dining room with fireplece, double sofa bed and doors leading onto the back garden, - in the living room there is a staircase leading up to Milonga A - 1 double bedroom with shower room en suite.
