The country residence is in the green Tuscan hills on the border with Umbria and Lazio, an ideal departure point for excursions to the nearby areas with spa facilities. 5 km Cetona (all kinds of shops), 12 km S. Casciano Bagni e Sarteano, 15 km Chiusi, 22 km Chianciano Terme, 30 km Montepulciano, 32 km Lake Trasimeno, 53 km Cortona, 93 km Siena and 120 km Florence. The farmhouse is surrounded by a park and an exclusive garden which are both fenced-in (approx. 10,000 m2) where the swimming pool (6x12) is located with outdoor shower and equipped pergola.
