This very peculiar property is an ancient water mill dating back to 1644 that has been transformed into a cosy country residence.
The property consists of the main villa that can accommodate up to 8 people and a dependance in teh grounds for a maximum of 4 people (that can be rented only in addition to the main villa).
It is set in a quiet and peaceful position, all around the nature is luxuriant.
Il Mulino is surrounded by a lawn that winds around vulcanic masses where,between a few of these, you will find the irregular shaded swimming pool. Many shaded areas furnished with sun beds, tables and chairs are perfect to relax.
Some of the most interesting cities are easily reachable( Viterbo 7 Km, Bolsena lake20 km, Orvieto 50, Roma70).
The medieval town of Vitorchiano, with any kind of shop and restaurants is only 2 Km away.
Interiors:
The main villa comprises on the ground floor a living/dining room with many sofas, cooking area and french windows leading out to the garden. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is 1 double bedded room.
In the depandance, on the ground floor there is a living/dining room with kitchen are and access to a small eqiupped terrace, 1 double bedroom. On the first floor there is 1 twin bedroom and a small terrace.
