Villa Isabella is located close to a considerable amount of well known Italian cultural and artistic places, such as Orvieto, Bolsena lake, Todi, Perugia, Assisi, Rome, Florence and Siena. An original roman cistern and a small chapel, dating back to the year 1300, are important signs of the past of this land. The property is surrounded by woods, olives trees, the vineyards, and a wonderful view on nearby countryside offers to guests corn fields, sunflowers fields and olive trees. Peaceful and relaxation are guarantees in the heart of Italian countryside. A beautiful swimming pool is set in the mature garden. The farmhouse is divided into two floors; the ground floor is split into two separate apartments .The first floor has one big apartment. The apartments are equipped with all the modern comforts: open fireplaces, outdoor wood powered oven, barbecues, washing machines, dishwashers, safes, individual heating, telephone, satellite TV, etc. Detached from the main building, there is another little and romantic apartment surrounded by trees and with privat garden, equipped with kitchen and fireplace, ideal for a couple.

La Quercia- sleeps 9- first floor
Large kitchen, 4 bedrooms- 3 bathrooms, a very big  living room with an ancient fireplace dating back to the 14th century. The magic atmosphere of this apartment is given by  its large open spaces and high ceilings hand-made of typical wood and stones. Entrance is from a private garden equipped with chairs and umbrellas.        

Il Tiglio- sleeps 4-ground floor
This apartment has a superb view of the garden, swimming pool and of the surrounding hills. This apartment is equipped with 2 double bedrooms (4 beds + 1sofa bed), one bathroom, a living room with kitchen and  fireplace. Acces to a fully equipped private garden situated near to the ancient roman cistern.      

L'Elce- sleeps 4- ground floor
Big living room with kitchen and a typical country stove, 2 double bedrooms, two bathrooms.  Access to the private garden located in the back of the farm house.

Il Mandorlo - sleeps 2 ground floor Large living room with kitchen and fireplace, double bedroom, sofa bed, bathroom, balcony with privat garden
