This impressive country house is peacefully situated in the lovely green Umbrian countryside, only 2 km from the medival town of Amelia ( any kinds of shops and restaurants). Being on a hillside it enjoys beautiful views over the surrouding hills. Recently resored in keeping with it's original character, the proprty comprises the main villa with a big professional kitchen, a restaurant, a living room and 6 beautiful bedrooms ( each one with private bathroom) and two little apartments in the grounds. The Villa and the apartments are immersed in a oasis of peace on a vast estate that guarantees total privacy. Many outdoor areas are equipped with garden furniture for 'al fresco' meals. A beautiful large porch, a lovely 5x10 swimming pool and a barbecue complete the offer of the holiday farm. you can choose among different kinds of accommodation: B&B, hald board or self catering. It is also possible to rent the whole property (that can accommodates up to 22 people). In this case the villa and the pool in the garden are for exclusive use of guests. The geographical position is ideal for visitin the whole Umbria region and many cultural centres such as Narni (8 km), Todi, Orvieto, Perugia and Rome which is less then 1 hour drive away. You can also make daily visits to Rome using train service from Narni.
