The San Ventura  estate  is located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria and consists of three separate villas, sharing a common pool and a tennis court, the three villas ( San Ventura, il Pozzo, la Querce)  are approx. 150 m from each other, on different levels, though each one provides plenty of privacy.

Villa San Ventura  is a beautiful ancient farmhouse with a panoramic view over the countryside of Valtiberina, it  is surrounded by a large garden with oak trees, with direct access to the swimming pool at the bottom of the lawn.

The villa can accommodate  8 + 4  guests and is equipped with satellite TV, telephone and dishwasher.

Ground floor:

Entrance Hall, Siting room with TV corner, furnished with a sofa and armchairs, fully equipped (stove, oven, fridge/freezer) large kitchen with fireplace, The dining is room furnished with sofas, a stone bench, reading table and fireplace, living room with 2 single sofas.Small bathroom with shower. A paved area in the garden, extending in front of the ktichen and dining room, is fully equipped with table, chairs for al fresco dining.

First floor:

reading room  with two single sofabeds. This room opens onto a small covered terrace, with sandstone steps leading to the garden.

Two double bedrooms. Two twin bedrooms,large bathroom with bath, bathroom with shower.
