Villa Serra is an old barn located in the heart of Tuscany, resotred with a very good taste and transformed into a lovely single holiday home, at short distance from the centre of Montecatini Terme, the famous thermal spa town. The property enjoys a dominant position with a beautiful views of the town of Montecatini and the Nievole valley surrounded by . In the fenced large garden (1 hectar) is set a beautiful swimming pool (ms 6x14) with salt water (no chlorine), open from the beginning of April to the end of September. Centuries old olive groves and fruit trees (plums, figs, apples, medlars) surround the property. At guests' disposal is also a covered terrace with barbecue and a pergola. .The interiors are lovely and simply but fully furnished Air conditioning, central heating, mosquito screens on windows.
