Situated on a panoramic place between Umbria and Marche Villa Verde offers one of the most beautiful view of central Italy. The building, now completely restored, dates back to 1200. It consists of large house with a family chapel and two cottages. From these buildings 12 spacious flats with independent central heating and independent entrance have been created. Each flat is also provided with satellite TV. The large mature garden is encircled by a park of 240 hectares. At guests’ disposal is a laundry room with a washing machine, a barbecue and a beautiful and panoramic swimming pool (7,5x15m). From Villa Verde it is possible to reach in a few minutes Città di Castello ( 8 km) and it is a good starting point to visit many artistic towns like Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia, Todi. Guided tours to the “Grotte di Frasassi” the ”Marmore falls”, the Trasimeno lake and many other interesting places are also possible upon request
