Villa Dei Conti is a splendid country house located in an unspoilt nature on a hillside, midway between the medieval towns of Todi and Perugia. The villa has a spectacular view over the surrounding valleys and hamlets. It's been beautifully renovated by the owner who paid particular attention to maintain the original architecture - tiled floors and wooden ceilings frame the large and functional bathrooms and the elegant bedrooms all with hand weaved linen covering the beds. The large kitchen is well-organised and generously equipped, with door leading to a lovely pergola furnished with iron tables and chairs. The beautiful formal lounge and dining room face the large fireplace crafted in stone and wooden beams. Like the rest of the residence it is tastefully decorated, from the paintings to the furniture of its period, creating a perfect mixture of comfort and warm atmosphere

Both the rooms on the upper floor and those on the ground floor have French doors leading out  to the surrounding mature garden, completely fenced – where guests can enjoy the scent and the view of the many plants  and flowers, mainly roses, that frame the property.

The panoramic pool is in front of a lovely little restaurant with beautiful veranda open only when guests require meal service.

The lovely village of San Venanzo (with shops and restaurants) is 4 Km away. Marsciano with any kind of service is 8 Km away while the more famous Todi is 15 km far. The exit on the A1 motorwai is in Orvieto (40 Km).

INTERIORS: the property consists of two blocks linked by the main entrance on the upper floor. On the left wing there are one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom sharing a bathroom. A wooden staircase  leads down to the lower floor where there is a sitting room and a large double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower,  fireplace and French doors leading to the front garden.  In the right wing there is  a large living room with fireplace, giving access to two double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen/dining room with French doors leading to the garden with pergola furnished with wrought iron table and chairs.
