Villetta La Querce is part of the San Ventura estate located on the border of Tuscany and Umbria consisting of three separate villas, sharing a common pool and a tennis court.  The three villas ( San Ventura, il Pozzo, la Querce)  are approx. 150 m from each other, on different levels, though each one provides plenty of privacy.

The hill where the villetta is located offers a  panoramic view over the Valtiberina valley. The Villetta is simple furnished and comfortable and extends over two floors ( spiral staircase leading from ground floor to the first floor). Each floor has an independent entrance and garden.

Ground floor:

Spacious sitting/dining room with fireplace, sofa and armchair, dining table,direct access to the fully equippedkitchen, bathroom with shower.

First floor:
Double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 2 twin bedrooms. 1 doublebedroom, batroom with shower.

The private garden with wide area in front of the  sitting room is furnished with garden table and chairs. Direct access to the garden from the first floor, with another fully equipped open air area with table, sofa and chairs.

Swimingpool 6x12 m and babypool 6x2 m with bathroom and dressingroom shared with Villa San Ventura and Villetta il Pozzo. Laundry room ( with drier) shared use.
