This very peculiar property is an ancient water mill dating back to 1644 that has been transformed into a cosy country residence.The property consists of the main villa that can accommodate up to 8 people and a dependance in teh grounds for a maximum of 4 people (that can be rented only in addition to the main villa).It is set in a quiet and peaceful position, all around the nature is luxuriant.Il Mulino is surrounded by a lawn that winds around vulcanic masses where,between a few of these, you will find the irregular shaded swimming pool. Many shaded areas furnished with sun beds and umbrellas.

The main villa comprises on the ground floor a living/dining room with many sofas, cooking area and french windows leading out to the garden. On the first floor there are 2 double bedrooms each with bathroom with shower. On the second floor there is 1 double bedded room.
