Characteristic apartment ( 85 sq.ms. ) located on the top floor of an ancient building dating from 1800 in the historic centre of Florence, in a very pleasant and characteristic area full of craftsmen shops and typical restaurants and just a short walk from "Pulci market" and the historic food market of Sant'Ambrogio.The most important museums, monuments, are easily accessible on foot.
The apartment has been recently restructured with great care and taste and is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning. Due to its layout, the apartment is not partìcularly recommended for families with little children.
It is on the 3th floor(no lift) and it’s made up of a living/dining room, going up a stair you reach onto a terrace with exceptional view onto Cathedral, Giotto's bell Tower , kitchenette, 1 bath-room, 2 double bedrooms, going up a flight of stairs you reach onto mansard with 1 bathroom and sofa bed ( for 1 person) .
