In the area of Lecceto, just 10 km from the Terme di Rapolano, La Fornace is the ideal place to regenerate your body and mind and spend a vacation discovering a land rich in history and traditions, close to the most famous art cities: Siena (30 km) and Florence (90 km).The farmhouse was founded in 1993 when the owners, husband and wife, enchanted by the alchemy of the place, decided to move to the countryside, after years of city life, re-establishing a close contact with nature and embarking upon their spellbinding adventure. On the hillside of rocky land, typical for the place, there is an olive grove, which produces oil with a unique flavor that may be tasted during your stay here. On the estate it’s easy to encounter and photograph wild animals like roe, boar, and birds typical of the area. Dogs and cats are welcome, with a special fenced-in area for them where they can play. The agriturismo also offers inviting apartments furnished in typical Tuscan style; the building is simple and characteristic, with wooden beams and pitched roofs. Guests may also rent the entire building. The apartments also have a kitchen unit, spacious living room, bedrooms and baths, independent entrance, and heating. All come with main comforts: microwave, washing machine, TV satellite dish, Wi-Fi connection, private outside area where you may spend relaxing moments.
