Frainetto is a beautiful ancient farmhouse with a panoramic view over the countryside and hills of Avigliano. The house is surrounded by its big property, placed in the south part of Umbria, 20 km from Todi, 35 km Spoleto, 70 km Perugia, 110 km Rome. The centre of the farm, including an ancient building still lived in by the owners, is only 100 m away and communicates with the house by a pathway through the gardens and which the guests can use to reach the beautiful 6x14 swimming pool in the equipped and fenced in garden.
