Overview
Cesa Leonica is a secluded villa surrounded by tall trees in the south of Umbria, only 90 km from Rome and 6 Km from the medieval town of Amelia (any kind of shops). The property comprises the main house where the owner lives, and a cottage, attached to the house but completely independent, that has been converted into a lovely guesthouse. The cottage has been tastefully refurbished with modern conveiences. It has a private entranceand a large private terrace, furnished with table and chairs for al fresco meals. At guest' disposal also a barbecue and the exlusive use of the swimming pool set in the garden in front of the house. Daniela, the owner, looks after the lovely garden and the pool. She will also help guests with language and any other information. A few Km away there is a paddok with horse riding facilities - You can go walking and mountain biking around the beautiful surrounding hills and discover typical restaurants in and around Amelia to spend a relaxing evening.

OUR OPINION: perfect for couples or couples with little children! ....a bit far away from services (6 Kms) but for sure the only noise you hear is the birds' singing
