Overview
This beautiful country house, heaven of peace and quiet in the middle of the Umbrian countryside is only 2 km away from the city centre of Amelia, the bright, traditional and historically important town chosen two thousand years ago by the Romans as a recreational resort. The old, nineteenth century farmstead, carefully rebuilt, overlooks a green hillside in a natural beauty spot among cultivated fields, olive groves, vines, woods, fig and walnut trees the fruits of which are at the disposal of guesthouse clients.
The property, that can accomodate up to 10+5 people consists of a the main house (on the first floor) and a dependance on the ground floor. Everything has been carefully restored and furnished in a style mirroring the typical Umbrian hill-farmer tradition. The rooms are spacious and have modern facilities: heating, Sat TV, bathroom and a well-equipped kitchen. In an adjoining building a meeting room has been set up suitable for business or cultural meetings and also for banquets and parties. At guest's disposal are also a beautiful porch facing the large swimming pool ( 16x7), framed by an English-style lawn with children's playing area , an outside area equipped with table , chairs and parasols, a barbecue and wood - oven. For those fond of an agricultural lifestyle, open field work sessions can be arranged as the season dictates - from grape-picking to olive-raking to the oil and wine production process. All the products of the farm, like olive oil, wine, walnuts, figs, grapes, eggs, are made available to the clients.

Main villa – sleeps 8+4 The first floor villa has a large lounge with fully equipped kitchen area and a large fire-place taking up much of the wall area. Four bedrooms, each with bathroom, face onto the lounge area. Upon request, it is possibile to add one additional bed in each bedroom, reaching up to 12 sleeping places.
Dependance – sleeps 2+1 The ground floor apartment - suitable also for disabled guests - is made up of a lounge with kitchenette , a bedroom with television and a bathroom. Upon request, it is also possible to add one additional bed, reaching up to 3 sleeping place.
