It is an old farmhouse part of an ancient village and it is dated Eighteenth century, its small chapel at the entrance included. This house has been restored and renewed through these latest years by the family who owns the property and care personally about its management, keeping its own original features and enhancing the whole structure.
The ancient “grandparents” farmhouse has been transformed into an estate perfect for who wants to stay in Città di Castello and visit the northest part of Umbria. The property is located in a nice position on Umbrian hills, surrounded by cultivated fields, woods, vineyards and wonderful olive trees, only 10 kilometres far from Assisi, Gubbio and Perugia. Villa Borghetto is composed by 3 independent apartments ,fully-equipped, that can accommodate till 12 persons ; they are furnished in old style with a great view on Umbrian countryside and hills. The swimming pool is located in a wide green area onto the upper level close to the house, this position is perfect to enjoy the wonderful panorama on the valley and the nearby village.
It’s equipped with lawn chairs, beach umbrellas, gazebo and all the necessary to relax. It’s the best place for people who want to listen to music, read, tan or have a nice break for a quick lunch. Its shady green area, nature walks all around to ride with mountain bikes or by feet, its well-positioned swimming pool on the valley, make this place the perfect place for visitors who look for relax into the silent Umbria. At guests disposal, a nice restaurant where it is possible to taste the good umbrian dishes.

Apt. Tulipano : It represents the biggest apartment of the whole structure and it is composed by a big living room with lounge tv corner and first Nineteenth century fireplace, kitchen, two triple bedrooms and it’s bathroom en-suite.A very nice stone made stairs leads to the entrance where there is a wonderful fully-furnished balcony with garden furniture to enjoy the exciting panorama on the surrounding countryside.
Apt. Girasole : Situated upstairs, this apartment faces directly onto the upper level where lays the swimming pool.It can host up to five people and it is composed by a big living room with kitchen, lounge with tv and fireplace. There are also two big double bedrooms and bathroom en-suite.
Apt. Iris : It’s a small and pleasant apartment placed on the first floor, it can host two people comfortably.It’s a two-room apartment with kitchenette, living room with fireplace, double bedroom and bathroom en-suite.Nice feature of this apartment is its Eighteenth century stone washbasin in the kitchen.
