Overview
This elegant and charming country residence is located on the top of a panoramic hill surrounded by the vineyards of the estate where a very high quality wine is produced. It is only 2 Km from the medieval village of Ficulle (with shops and restaurants), 18 Km from the most famous Orvieto, 30 Km from Chiusi (famous for the etruscan museum) and 120 Km from Rome, Florence and Siena. The property comprises the main house and a depandance in the garden, both of them restored in keeping with the original architecture and furnished to a very high standards with antiques. The wanderful vista is over the surrounding vineyards, the impressive Sala Castle and Orvieto. Shaded by trees is the lovely swimming pool (ms 6x12). Access to the house is through 1 Km of gravel road.
A panoramic path among the vineyards leads to a second building (less then 1 Km away) where you will find the beautiful and higly specialized cellars of the estate, that can be visited upon request, and a the lovely restaurant whre you will taste the good produce of the farm, including the DOC wines.
