This property is a splendid estate immersed in the nature on the border between Umbria and Lazio region. The farm offers accommodation in family-friendly fully equipped apartments, located within a working farm of about 100 hectares.There are 7 apartments tastefully and confortably furnished ; each of them are equipped with AIRCO, WI-FI , Satellite TV and mosquito screen.At guests disposal a beautiful 6 x16 pool , common barbecue, table tennis; pets are admitted. Upon request cooking and baby sitting service.Guests can enjoy of a good range of activities : fully equipped riding stables offering a riding school with an instructor licenced by the Italian Equestrian Sports Federation (FISE) as well as horse trekking. Other sports on offer include swimming and downhill biking. The farm sports a full service airfield for ultralight airplanes. As it is located inside a nature reserve, with a large lake, the bird watching is exceptional. Cultural and gastronomic tours can be arranged to the beautiful towns in the immediate area, Narni, Spoleto and Orvieto as well as to Rome, which is less than one hour away by train. Beautiful surroundings, combined with a warm, informal setting make it the perfect place to forget the stress of everyday life, enjoy and relax.

Two ground floor apt, sleeps 6: 60 square meters, with porch. Each apartment has: 1 living room with a double sofa-bed and equipped with an open plan kitchen , 1 double bedroom, 1 double bed in the mezzanine floor, 1 bathroom with a shower.
