Lovely house set among the green Amelia countryside in a peaceful and quiet area; its origin goes back to 6th century B.C. From the house there is a stunning view to the Amerini and Sabini mountains and over the olive groves down to the Tiber valley.

The country residence is an old stone-made farm house that preserves its architectural structure offering, at the same time, all modern conforts. Carefully restored with terracotta floors and wooden beans, there are are five self catering and independent apartments, each with a well equipped kitchen, living room with burning stove, one or two bedrooms, self heating, TV set, Internet connection.

The farm has its own private filtered swimming-pool in Summer, a big garden, barbaque and car parking.
