This lovely holiday farm is located on the high valley of the river Tiber, at the borders of Tuscany and Umbria, close to Città di Castello, Arezzo, Assisi and Gubbio.

Situated on top of a hill, the property has  splendid views of the valley below and over two small lakes of rare beauty. Here the tourists can taste the long gone agrarian hospitality of the region.

Guests are welcome in 5 delicious apartments, in a fully restructured stone house. All the aprtment have satellite TV and a beautiful view of the surroundings. In the mature gardens in front of the house is located a 6×12 swimming pool with counter current – hidro massage facilities, changing room, shower and facilities.

Next to the farm a small lake, perfect for swimming, sports fishing, picnics ( in the shady pine woods that line its shores ).

The originality of the farm is that it includes a small air craft landing facility (800×25 ms) which is actually operative, giving thus the opportunity for customers to land on the farm in their own light aircraft.

Breakfast and meals can be served upon request in the recently restored restaurant, where cooking courses can be also organized..

It is also possible to rent the property as privat villa for a total of 18+6 people.

Olive tree/Olivo- 62 s.q. first floor.-sleeps 4+2 -The large living-dining room with fireplace includes a cozy fully equipped kitchen corner and double sofa bed, two double bedrooms (each contains two single beds that can be transformed into a double), bathroom with shower. Extra beds can be added for children

The Sunflowers/Girasoli- 74 s.q. ground floor.- sleeps 4+2 -Large living room with fireplace, sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchen area, bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms (each contains two single beds that can be transformed into a double). Extra beds can be added for children.

The Roses/Rose- 70 s.q. first floor.- sleeps 4+2 -Entrance is into a corridor leading to 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom. On the second floor there is a large lounge (formerly the farmhouse granary) with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen area, livig room with sosa-bed. Extra beds can be added for children.

The Grapes/Uva- first floor of the Farmhouse. – sleeps 2+1 -The apartment consists in a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower, and a living/dining room with a fully equipped kitchen corner, sofa bed and fireplace. Extra beds can be added for children.
