At the borders between Lazio and Umbria, in the Tuscia area, is located Tenuta dei Noccioli.
This very peculiar property is immersed in a valley, surrounded by woods, hazel and olive groves.
It consists in a medieval tower, dated back 1400, and in an ancient farmhouse.
The estate, completely renovated, is now trasformed into a charming countryhouse provided with all modern conforts.
The property is composed by 4 apartments and 1 cottage completely independ; all with its own living room with TV, kitchen, inn and little cellar.
The apartments are furnished with care and very good taste; terracotta floors and wood furniture make every room cosy and confortable. Owners will welcome guests in a warm and friendly atmosphere At guests disposal a lovely swimming pool with a superb view on the green surrounding and mountain bikes, useful for excursions in the luxuriant and green nature.
Little size pets are admitted. Its strategical position allows to reach a lot of interesting and beautiful cities of arts in Lazio and Umbria, such as Rome, Viterbo, Tuscania, Bolsena and Vico lakes, Assisi, Perugia, Orvieto.
