Villa Felce is an ancient farmhouse built by the Grand Duke of Tuscany, Leopolo II of Lorena, in the beautiful Tuscan country. Once it was a part of a big agricultural holding of the land called “La Selva”. It was recently renovated and brought to its original glory: Villa Felciai is located 200meters away from the main Villa, on the road to the medieval hamlet of Montebenichi.

Villa Felcei is ideal for your vacation, nice to visit and to be lived, with traditional Tuscan style decorations, alog with the original forniture.

The house is 545 mq, and it has 22 +2 sleeps, in 11 bedrooms and 11 bathroon en suite, richly furnished both inside and outside and a large barbecue.
Interior: at the ground floor there is a wide and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and oven, and a large dining area for 22 people with a fireplace, and a sitting room with a sat tv, a dvd player and vcr, with a direct door to the swimming pool.

There are 4 double bedrooms with queen size beds and a bathroom with shower ensuite.

At the first floor there are 5 double bedrooms with bathrooms ensuite an a little studio.

Exterior: the garden is very large and charming, the private swimming pool is 12×5, and the outside area is furnished with sunbeds, chairs, tables and umbrellas.

A maid and a cook can be requested;  many outdoor acitivities can be choses as for example fishing in the private lake, mountain biking, trail running, polo.
