“Agriturismo Francecsa” is a stone farmhouse surrounded by the stunning countryside, just 2 km from the ancient town of Amelia.
It is the main house of the “Agriturismo” and offers quiet and relax in the Fireplace Room, the Reading Room and the Breakfast Room.

Francesca itself welcomes its guests in three bedrooms in the main house or in the self-catering Cottage, few meters from it in the olive grove. The outdoor swimming-pool is available for all the guests. The Spa area “AgriRelax” is available on reservation for extra cost.

At Francesca’s you can still feel the rural atmosphere of the past together with the fragrance and colors impressed by each season to the surrounding countryside.
In Winter the heat of the crackling fire welcome the guests in the core of the house: the Fireplace room, where you can relax sipping a tasty cup of tea.
The warmth of the Spring makes the dormant plants ready to show flowers and fruits, spreading colours and fragrance in the surrounding garden.
In Summer the sweet-smelling lavender flowers sign the path to the swimming-pool where you can realx in the sun, surrounded by the fields.

The guests can choose among three exclusive bedrooms in the main building , individually designed with a perfect blend of fine details and rural atmosphere, and a private cottage for four people, with an equipped kitchen and a furniture porch.

All the guests can enjoy the seasonal swimming pool, the sunbeams and umbrellas.

The Green Room (4 px):The ancient town of Amelia can be admired from this quadruple room with a nice mansard for relaxing in a rural atmosphere. The roomy mansard can become a twin room and it is especially suited for families. Private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning/heating, safe, hairdryer, sweet-smelling courtesy-set, tea-maker for teas and herb infusions, mini-fridge, mosquito nets.

The Lavander Room (2pax): Spacious double room with wonderful views. It is decorated with the color of the sweet-smelling flowers of the lavender plants which can be admired through the windows together with the fruit orchards and the olive groves. Private bathroom with bath-tub. Air conditioning/heating, safe, hairdryer, sweet-smelling courtesy-set, tea-maker for teas and herb infusions, mini-fridge, mosquito nets.

Th Red Room (2 pax): Double room with a romantic view on the vineyard. It is decorated with the color of the must. Relax in the privacy of the cosy little mansard, tasting teas and herb infusions. Private bathroom with shower. Air conditioning/heating, safe, hairdryer, sweet-smelling courtesy-set, tea-maker for teas and herb infusions, mini-fridge, mosquito nets. Precious soft Bellora linen.

The private Cottage (4pax): Especially suited for families or long stay, the Cottage is surrounded by the fruit orchard and the olive grove, just few meters from the main house. The grassy private area in the front and at the back of the Cottage makes your stay very quiet and relaxing.

Accomodation for 4 guests (+1): two  bedrooms  (twin/double); two  bathrooms with shower (one of which also for disabled guests); linen; air conditioning/heating; fully equipped kitchen, washing machine; free Wi-fi; safe; mosquito nets through the windows; veranda with table, chairs and barbecue.
