Located in the enclosed GOLF park Marina Velca, 5 minutes fro the beach  and close to the beautiful medieval town of Tarquinia and the Mediterranean’s long beaches, the house is about a one-hour drive here from Rome Fiumicino Airport. and 15 minutes drive from Civitavecchia seaport.
You can start your day with a coffee on the lovely porch, then you can go for a walk or bike ride inside the enclosed area where there are mostly villas and a 9-hole golf course, playground and tennis courts. Here you will also find a bar, restaurant, pizzeria and hair salon. The area has 24-hour security, is very quiet with no through traffic. The area has tall trees and is shady if you want to go for a run.  A shallow and nice beach is a few kilometers away if you want to go swimming. The beach has sun beds and parasols for rent but is otherwise free. Down by the sea are restaurants, a playground and a shop selling beach gear and food. The nearest town, Tarquinia, is cozy and has a long history. Just above the town you can visit the caves dating back to Etruscan times, 800 BC. The grave paintings displayed here are on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The house can accommodate up to 6 people.
Entrance is on the ground floor into a large living/dining room with cooking corner and a large french door leading on to the pergola and garden with pool.

On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom. Through a curtain you have access to a small room with 2 beds and french door to the back garden.
1 bathroom with shower.
On the first floor there is an attic with double bed and little bathroom with shower (being an attic the ceiling is lower then normal).
Only on the first floor there is air conditioning.

Outside there is a furnished pergola with table and sofas where you ca enjoy the wonderful sunsets on the sea.
At guests disposal is  a 9×4 swimming pool and 4 bycicles
