Il Fosolo is a characteristic House of Umbrian coutryside. It’s located in a suggestive and beautiful position near Piegaro, not far from Città della Pieve and Panicale.
The house, with a big and fenced swimming pool, was completely rebuilt and furnished with high quality forniture, preserving its traditional and unmistakable nature.
Interiors: The house, which can accomodate 10 persons plus 2, consists in a main house with five bedrooms with bathroom ensuite. Groundfloor there are the kitchen, equipped with oven, American fridge, microwave, boiler, toaster, mixer, espresso machine, moka and dishwasher. The large dining room will welcome you with a flat tv, DVD player, satellite tv. At guest’s disposal, babychairs and babybeds.
Washingmachine and clothesdryer can be used by the guests.
The discreet owner, Carla, spend some weeks in her apartment near the villa, taking care of the garden and the pool. She won’t interfere with any activity of her guests, except for the welcoming where she is specially good.
Pool and garden: The garden around the house is completely fenced. Outside the kitchen, there is a dining area with gazebo and a barbecue.
From the swimming pool you can enjoy the view of the Umbrian country.The pool is completely fenced.
The pool is 12mX6m . The solarium is furnished with gazebo, sunbeds, deckchairs, tables and umbrellas.
