Borgo della Meliana is a beautiful property situated in the heart of nicest Tuscany country and located in a most strategic position: not far from important cities such as Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena (50km), Chianti area (15/30 km) and a short distance from the famous medieval towns of San Gimignano (20km), Volterra (30km), Certaldo (8km).

Positioned on top of a hill with  spectacular views, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, spending a holiday at Borgo della Meliana means breathing in the history of the place and the landscape,  situated along the famous Via Francigena, the route and meeting point of the Pilgrims.

In the close vicinity of Borgo della Meliana you can go horse riding with the possibility of excursions in the beautiful Tuscan countryside; there is also a Golf Club 18 holes (15 minutes by car), tennis courts, wineries to visit for wine tastings/tours etc.

In each apartment there is a good furnished kitchen to prepare meals, guests will find anything they need to cook like: pots, dishes, glasses, cuttlery, cooking utensils, anything plus fridge, freezer, electric oven, cooker, dishwasher etc… Also nearby it is possible to find a wonderful choice of excellent local restaurants and trattorias, as well as grocery shops and supermarkets to do shopping.
