This beautiful villa is only few kilometers away from Cortona, the Etruscan town in the beautiful Valdichiana. Villa Bellavia is an ancient house in stone, once peasant home and stable, has been just renewed with care and experience.

There is also a beautiful and private swimming pool in a large garden with trees and shadows to chill and eat al fresco.

Walking inside the house there is a big living room with a stone fireside.  con camino in pietra. On the same floor there is a kitchen, furnished with dishwasher, washer and an oven, a dining room, a double room and a bathroom with a shower.
